T25 Clinic

Established as a support hub for 12–25-year-olds, T25 operates from central, youth-friendly spaces like our Woden Youth Centre. The clinic provides free, confidential, nurse-led, walk-in health and wellbeing services, removing common barriers such as cost, stigma, or the need for an appointment. In the past year, the T25 Clinic held more than 650 one-on-one sessions, supporting over 90 participants across Canberra.

Other highlights

Expansion of new services

This year, hundreds of individuals accessed services grounded in the stepped model of care. Suicide aftercare, psychosocial support, tenancy advocacy, and community-based recovery all expanded to meet increasingly complex needs.

Mental health contracts extended

ACT Health extended all mental health contracts through to December 2025, allowing time for commissioning to begin.

Leading in sector development

Leadership across the sector included chairing the Suicide Prevention Community Collaborative and co-developing a Mental Health Outcomes Framework for the ACT.

Showcasing new delivery models

A sector-leading symposium at The Mental Health Service Conference showcased how community connection and innovation drive recovery beyond traditional models.
